Automatrix developed ClassicDraw XT to make Quark’s non-MacOS X native applications more easily usable within the Classic environment, by fixing a number of annoying redraw bugs in QuarkXPress.
About the XTension
ClassicDraw fixes the main bugs encountered when using QuarkXPress in the Classic environment.
In QuarkXPress 3.3x and 4.x, the bug prevents the screen from being redrawn when switching between QuarkXPress and other applications. With the release of MacOS X 10.2 a new bug appeared in versions of Quark software up to and including QuarkXPress 5.0 and QuarkCopyDesk 2, which meant that scrolling a document would cause portions of the page to fail to redraw.
The recent release of ClassicDraw XT 2.2 fixed all of these bugs across all relevant versions of QuarkXPress and QuarkCopyDesk.

ClassicDraw requires MacOS 9.0 Classic environment on Mac OS X.
Installation
ClassicDraw XT has no user interface, so there is nothing to learn. It works like any other Quark XTension: place it in the same folder as the copy of QuarkXPress/CopyDesk or preferably in the XTensions folder and it will be loaded when the program is next launched. To prevent it being loaded, move it to any other folder.
